Managed IT Service
In an effort to provide computer repair and support services when needed, but at a consistent monthly cost, KatyPC offers its clients a Managed IT Service agreement. The term of the contract is three years. The cost is determined by the number and type of devices being supported.
Remote Services
When support is requested, KatyPC will first attempt to resolve the issue remotely. Failing that, a priority visit will be made on site to resolve the issue. This allows small user support issues to frequently be resolve in minutes rather than waiting for a service call. Remote control software is included in the monthly service cost.
Included Services
The Managed IT Service agreement includes the following services:
- Server monitoring for disk space, backup failures and other errors
- Network failures
- Computer software problems
- Computer hardware problems
- Desktop support
- User account administration
- File server administration
- Mail server administration
- New workstation setup
Extra Services
KatyPC reserves the right to bill separately, by the hour, for special projects requested by the customer. Customer will always be notified in advance of anticipated charges before any special project is performed.
Computer Hardware
All hardware required to carry out needed service and repair will be billed to customer.
